‘Safari AgVenture!’ grand opening fund-raiser unveils new AgVentures! at Heritage Complex discovery center, Aug. 27

TULARE, CA: The official debut of AgVentures! at Heritage Complex discovery center is being planned around a grand event – complete with grand food. The new world class ag museum will kick-off with “Safari AgVenture,” on Aug. 27. Tickets are $50 each. Heritage Complex is located at the International Agri-Center in Tulare, Calif.

This event will mark the debut of a world class museum in the Central Valley of California, celebrating the unwrapping of 25 newly installed, professionally designed interactive agricultural exhibits.

Safari AgVenture! will start with an assortment of “Ag-ittude Adjustment” cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. After the unveiling of the custom constructed exhibits, guests will be treated to a feast of safari proportions, including “Elephant Stew” (deep pit beef).

“One of the highlights of the evening will be the silent auction,” explains project manager, Erin Machado. Items to bid on include a week in Maui and a weekend at Bass Lake with dinner at Ducey’s.
